Norway has once again achieved a new registrations record, 4.634 new PEV passenger cars have been registered, pulling the PEV market share to 30%, a new record.
For the first time, a plug-in hybrid was the best selling model, with the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (686 units) outselling the Nissan Leaf (676) in March. A sign of the times, as the growth this year comes from plug-in hybrids, which saw their market share grow from 5% last year to the current 12%, while all electric vehicles continue with 18% share, the same as last year.
A final mention to Fuel Cell vehicles, 5 units were registered this year, making 0.01% of the market.
