Tesla dominates market in Lithuania

The PEV passenger car market in Lithuania is down 29% this year, having registered 44 units, increasing the total stock of passenger plug-ins to some 200 units.

The leadership is in the hands of the Tesla Model X (13 units), with the also all-electric Nissan Leaf (5 units) being second, with the last place of the podium going for another Tesla, the Model S (4 registrations), making it a 100% BEV podium, with Tesla having 39% of the PEV market in this country.

Looking at sales by technology, all-electric cars have the large majority (71% share) of PEVs in this historically BEV-friendly market.
