Record month for France
With 4.110 new PEV passenger cars registered in June, registrations were up 40%, with Year-to-date registrations up 14% YoY.
The main reason for the good numbers in June was the Renault Zoe delivering 1.882 passenger units, up 44% regarding the same month last year.
The hottest PHEV in this market reached Second Place last month, with the Mercedes GLC350e registering 258 registrations, a new record for the German SUV.
Third Placed was the Nissan Leaf, with 193 units, its worst result since January.
In the Year-to-date ranking, the Renault Zoe is far ahead of the competition, with 9.242 units, or half of the whole PEV market, followed at a distance by the Nissan Leaf (1.361 units) and the Mercedes GLC350e (889).
Sales went back to negative numbers in the LCV market, down 8%, with 533 registrations in June, with the chronical leader Renault Kangoo ZE delivering 115 units (Worst result since January), followed by the Renault Zoe van (101 units, new record) and the Nissan e-NV200 (76).
For the whole of 2017, the Renault Kangoo ZE is still a distant leader, with 869 units, followed by the Peugeot Partner EV (360) and the Renault Zoe van (311), with the Renault model now in Third Place.
