Outlander PHEV and Nissan Leaf run for #1 in Spain
Spain has registered 207 plug-in passenger cars in October, uncharacteristically down 36% Year-on-Year. This slowing down of sales is probably because buyers are already waiting for the upcoming Movea incentives scheme, scheduled to start next year.
Last month the Best Seller was the Nissan Leaf, with 38 units, allowing Spain’s most popular electric car to close in on the Year-to-date leader, the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV, that registered 17 units, although the Japanese SUV is still ahead by 38 units (512 vs 474).
In a distant Third we have the Renault Zoe, with 271 units, 34 of them registered last month.
